2 Cosy 141 Units on Same Factory LAN and Same Machine LAN

I have an application where I want to use two eWON Cosy 141 units which are physically located next to each other. The intended architecture is to connect the customer supplied Factory LAN to a switch, then connect each eWON to this switch. Each eWON Machine LAN would be connected to a single switch where they each have a unique IP address on the Machine LAN. Each eWON would be registered to a different account. Is there any issue with this type of connection architecture?

There shouldn’t be any issue with this. Do you want to limit the ewons to only have access to certain devices on that network?

Tim,

Thanks for the quick response. I may potentially want to provide access limitations for the ewons. Is there a procedure for this?

Thanks,

Hi Paul,

This is a feature you can do in a Talk2m Pro account using rolls and pools. If you would like to know more information on this you can find an example of how it works starting on page 6 of the following document.
