4 ewon Flexy stopped reporting in 7/31/17

4 ewon’s stopped reporting in 10:00 PM 7/31. These units go online and report data every 2 hours and these 4 of the 185 units, have stopped reporting in at the same time. On the Same Day.
The units are connected via Cellular.
Response from Carrier.
AT&T does not see any issues on their side. All lines show active but do not have any activity currently. The tech sent a signal to each line but the modems did not respond.
