Hello,
This is neel, I’m trying to Operate a device and take some data through the anybus convertor (AB 7007 -c) over serial. My device needs a command in ASCII format to turn on and off and I’m trying to send ASCII data string via anybus converter but I’m unable to create configuration for this. Can you show me 1 example so that I can understand that how can I produce command to via configuration manager.
I’m mentioning the commands bellow which I’m trying to produce.

To turn On the device I’m ussing = 0A4203E9000000017E5F

To turn Off the device I’m ussing = 0A411F400001FB65

It’d be great help if you can assist me.

Hello @Neel,

I don’t have an example showing a produce command. It would be a similar to the HMS Academy Instruction Video - Generic Mode And Barcode Scanner example on the Files and documentation page. The difference being you will create data objects that contain the ascii characters your are trying to produce. You can also look at section 13.4 of the User Manual for details on the produce transaction.
