AB7007 unable to read data

  • AB7007 came with machine and they are trying to read data points from ethernet side using Modbus TCP
  • There is a subnet error, LED 5 is solid RED
  • He is getting mem map from manufacturer and we will continue Teamviewer session to troubleshoot

HI Kyle,

Take a look at table 6.1 – 6.5. I want to pull word [1] – [13] and then parse words [16] – [19] per the bit index in tables 6.2-6.5. I will be back in 30 to have another go at it.

Hey Mike,

I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to talk to you today. I did look at the instructions and I think the problem is that the Command triggers aren’t being triggered by the PLC. Can you send me a log and let me know when you are available tomorrow and we’ll try to get this figured out?
