AB7072 Cannot connect to program

I cannot connect to one of my AB7072 via the RJ11 PC port. It works fine on a spare unit, so my setup is here ok. Ethernet works ok, is there a way to program/factory reset/upgrade firmware via the ethernet port ?

You could try using the process found here to reset the device:


and then use the FTP server for configuration, but that will be difficult and I can’t guarantee that will work for everything you are trying to do… (see page 28)

Do you know when the AB7072 was purchased?

Factory Restore does not work, the software still cannot connect to the device.

This module is only 14 months old, so I will contact my supplier as it should be under warranty still.
