Hi Jason,

You can download the Anybus Transport Provider here:

https://www.anybus.com/docs/librariesprovider7/default-document-library/software/hms-anybus-transport-provider-1.zip

Please check your installed programs first to see if you have a program called “Anybus Transport Provider”. If you do, please uninstall it before installing the new one. After installing you may need to reboot before it will allow you to connect. Once connected, make sure to upload the configuration from the device. Don’t do a download or you will overwrite the configuration.
