AB7318-B J1939 Communication issue

I’m having an issue communicating properly with a J1939 protocol device. I’ve uploaded the config file and a quick line listen spreadsheet below. The device seems to be communicating these two messages every second as a default of some sort:
DefaultMsg

The data being sent by my Produce function should change the color of an LED on the device to white. I’ve double checked to make sure that the message is correct, but I’m not seeing any change on the device. I’ve also tested this with an 8 byte diagnostic message that should return temperature data from the controller of the device, but I receive nothing at all on the CAN line. I’ve also noticed that my Mod Status and NW Status LEDs on the Anybus Communicator are blinking green but I’m not sure how this would affect my CAN communication.

Any help would be much appreciated.
