AB7320 upload configuration password

Hi there,
I’m using anybus gateway module for the first time, I have an AB7320-B CAN communication module connected and tried to read current configuration but a message saying “password is incorrect” appears. I have some possible passwords that could work, but not sure where I have to write it.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hello,

I have not found a method to reset the device to remove the password. Without knowing the password, you may not be able to upload a configuration.
