Is it possible to configure the AB7607-C in windows using BridgeWay Configuration Tool v1.22 I notice in the user manual it states “BWConfig is compatible with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, and XP”. I have only successfully been able to configure these modules via Windows XP and unfortunately this is very time consuming considering this laptop is on its last legs. Is there a way to do this via Windows 10 using a USB Serial adapter?
Any help greatly appreciated.

It is possible, but we have had customers report problems connecting when using Windows 10. We have been unable to reproduce these problems in our lab, so it most likely was due to the USB-to-Serial driver that they were using.

I have had success with the USB-to-Serial adapters that use the Prolific PL2303 chip.
