There must be one if it’s a profibus device. You can check this list:

You may have to contact the manufacturer directly. Who is the device manufacturer and model?

The manufacturer is= Mitsubishi Melsec PLC and the Faget UMG96S meter

OK. So you will need to contact Mitsubishi and the maker of the other one and request the GSD files.

So there is no way I can communicate with those devices without their GSD files? Or can I create their GSD files
