Anybus Support Anybus Gateways

Hello support,

We have a few old AB7808-B in-stock, we have a customer urgently needing a Profibus Master to Modbus RTU Slave.

It seems to work fine in NetTool but it timeouts everytime I try and download/upload with the X-gateway maanger.

I was wondering if this older unit will still work with Anybus X-Gateway Manager, and can have its firmware upgraded to the newest version?

Hello,

WIth the USB plugged in, close the software and power cycle the unit. Once the Anybus device powers up, launch the software and try to download/upload.
