AB7956-F AnyBus Configuration Manager -X-gateway connection timeout

When trying to download to or upload from the AnyBus -X-Gateway,
I am faced with a timeout error.
USB connection (COM1) is able to connect to the AnyBus -X-gateway but as soon as I try to up- or download it fails.

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the Anybus Transport Provider?

We have seen some issues similar to this recently and the developers are currently looking into it. I would recommend creating a case at https://mysupport.hms.se if reinstalling the TP does not help so they can track the issue.

I am using windows 10 operating system.
I will try to uninstall and reinstall the Anybus Transport Provider.
As soon as I have done so I will post the results.

Yes I did create a case and the response was also very quick.
It looks like I will have to configure the Anybus X gateway in the old fashion way using Hyperterminal.
This is something I will try today.
