I cannot find the devices with the IPConfig tool (older version), I cannot open the software version 4.2.

The old version and the new version should work with the ab9006. However, only the modbus/TCP interface, the two ports on the bottom, can be discovered with HMS IPconfig. Once connected you are able to set the IP though the web interface for the Ethernet/IP side.
