Ab9006 not setting ip address

Can you share a screen shot of the error and the addresses you are setting for me to take a look at.

I got new two AB9006-B units. One serial is A0391583. For IP Address I get 0.0.0.0 and tried if new Firmware would help, but can’t get it downloaded thru USB port

This might be a bug in the software. Can you provide a copy of the error message so i can share it with the developers.

It looks like the DNS IP and host name is empty however. Can you please fill these in. you can set both DNS’s to “0.0.0.0” and the host name to any string.

If this still causes errors you can uninstall the current version of IPconfig tool and install the one linked here: https://www.anybus.com/docs/librariesprovider7/default-document-library/software/hms-ipconfigtool.zip?sfvrsn=ff5b9ad6_66
