Hi, I have a tech in the field that’s trying to connect to a AB9900-100-A Modbus to bacnet gateway but windows 7 is looking for a driver and can’t find it, so he can’t connect to the gateway.
Is there a Windows 7 driver on your website?

We use don’t use any special drivers for the console usb connection. Does the customer have there computer operating system up to date. Are they using a usb cable that connects to the usb port of their computer. Do they have MAPS installed and accessing the device though that program?
