AC Cloud control not working at all with Fujitsu

Hi Jeff,

I sent them the Intesis IR model and the Fujitsu model information. Do you have a picture of the IR Remote? They would like to compare the model that they have.

The pictures of the remotes I habe are attaches. The all white one is for the 2/4 ton units and the one that is multi colored is for the 1 ton unit.

I am having issues adding my wife to my account. We followed all the instructions from email and the account keeps saying it dosent have a device yet. Can someone please help with this issue? This is the only invite for smart home stuff that is giving us issues. What is going on?

Hello Jeffrey,

Are you adding her as a Main User or a Secondary user to your account? Did you create the user through the settings page of your account, or did you try to create an account for her? Our Intesis Devices can only be registered to one account at a time.

I figired it out. I did not realize I had to gove her permission to control everything. Seems to be working now.
