Access Denied when adding Flexy 205 to eCatcher

when adding a Flexy 205 to my eCatcher account, I establish a WAN connection, but access denied when I get to Read Talk2M config.

We recently had an internal class where several of our eWon’s were used in a class. Is it possible that this is still locked to someone else’s account?

I did attempt a factory default on this unit.

When moving an ewon device to a different account you need to use Register with eWON name instead of the activation code. here is a guide on doing so.

For security reason it is not possible to connect an Ewon device to a Talk2M account if it is already linked to another Talk2M account. What if I no longer have access to the old account the ewon was registered to? How do I remove it from the old account and put the ewon to a new Talk2M account?
