I would work with you IT team to ensure that the software is able to reach our servers. It’s most likely that the connection outbound is being filtered out by the firewall. See the firewall settings below:

Hello,

Kevin is out of the office but I can schedule a meeting with you if you would like. Do you know what questions your IT department has?

This doc should provide all the addresses and ports we need access to. For the error I see in the screenshot it looks like you are not able to reach the access server this would be url as.pro.talk2m.com over port 443.

Let me know when you would like a meeting and we can schedule one. You should also be able to call into support and anyone should be able to help answer questions on this.
