how do i add a ewon that sombody else is using on my ecatcher?
The eWON can only be in 1 eCatcher account at a time.
If you’d like to remove it from their account and add it to yours then you’ll need to have the other eCatcher account admin go through the talk2M wizard using the eWON name method and use your Talk2M credentials in the Talk2M wizard.
This will cause the device to go offline in their account and appear online in your account, however please understand there’s a risk involved. This may cause the device to go offline if the the eWON’s WAN network is restricting access to the VPN server associated with your eCatcher account.
