Adding a second Cosy to account

I am trying to add a second Cosy to our Talk2M account. All appears to be fine except when I get to the end of the Talk2M wizard it says “This account was used by another serial number. It has been replaced by this device” I assumed it was because I used the same Activation key, so I added an Ewon in eCatcher…but this still gave me the same activation key as the first one.
I also tried going back through the wizard and using our account info instead of the activation key, but that gave me the same message at the end.
Is it possible to have 2 of these on the same account, or do I have to make a new account for each Cosy we buy?

Each time that you go to Add and create a new device, a new activation key should be created.

If you want to view the activation key for an individual device that’s already been created though, you can right click on the device and go to properties

Then click on Talk2m connectivity and it will bring you to the page with the activation key
