Alarm email going to Junk or spam

I have missed a couple of very important alarms in the past couple weeks. The alarm emails are sending as “Junk” or “spam” while the daily data files are sending without trouble. The span on my values for the tags and also my 300 second delay should prevent rapid triggering of the alarm bit. Also, the missed alarms are from 2 different devices so far. And these devices (with no changes to the settings) have worked well in the past. Please let me know what to check for as I need to trust these devices.

For this we would suggest putting a spam filler into your email provider that lets those emails through and not send them to your spam/junk.
