Allowing other to access the PLC remotely using the Ewon

I have set up the Ewon Cosy to connect to my PLC. Is there a way to pass the access to another person remotely with out giving them your account and passwords?

You can create another user (on your talk2m account) and share the user account details with another person, but they will still be accessing your Talk2M account (since they would need the talk2m account name to login as well) either through eCatcher or M2Web.

Well just thinking about the future and security. If they have access to my Talk2M account credentials, can they access any eWONs registered to that account? That doesnt sound secure. To isolate OEM access, I could buy an Ewon and set it up with a new Talk2M account and move the eWON to the machine they need remote access. Am I missing something here regarding security?

If you purchase a PRO account, you can create user restrictions where the user will only have access to devices you assign to their account.
