Does the AB7800-F (Profibus DP to EIP) support asynchronous read (acyclic data)?

Hello,

You can not set up the PROFIBUS DP master side to do acyclic explicit requests (DPV1), is this what you mean?

Our Profibus Linking device can do this but you must be working with a Rockwell CompactLogix or ControlLogix PLC.

You have answered my question. I will write the logic in the PLC for asynchronous reads.

I was just making sure that the gateway supports achclic reads, not to implement it in the GW.
