Anybus Bolt has Flatlined

Good morning. I’ve installed a Anybus Bolt, connected to it and changed the IP address from the factory to 192.168.10.100 so it can connect to my PLc network. After restarting it’s not showing up anymore. Nothing on the WIFI network from it at all. I’ve tried the factory reset (holding the reset button for more than 10 seconds). I’ve also tried Recovery mode with no luck. HELP! Thanks,

Are you connecting to the Bolt still over the wired ethernet connection? If so you should be able to scan for the device with the HMS ipconfig application. If you see the device in IPconfig but cant load the webpage you might need to make sure you have an IP address in the same range as the Bolt.
