Anybus CompactCom B40 ethercat, error on high variable count mapping

Dear Sirs,

I am acctually developping a product that use an Anybus CompactCom B40 Brick module (Article number:AB6677-C) for communicating with the ethecat bus.
We have some issues when we add a lot mapped variables to the process image.
The mailboxes sizes have been increased to contain the desired mapping.
If the size isn’t correct the firmware throws an error during boot correctly.
The output log returns only

Add info : (UINT32)( (psMsg)->abData[ 0 ] )(0xff)

Is it a known issue? Is any new FW revision available?

Thank you and best regards

Hello Tazio,

It looks like you’re outside of the U.S. so the timezone difference may make it difficult to support this case. We’d recommend that you submit a ticket to mysupport.hms.se for this ticket if possible.

Could you let us know what firmware this device is currently on and how many mapped variables you’re writing to this device?
