Anybus HMS-EN2PB-R FATAL ERROR!

I have buyed 4 gateway device from reference HMS-EN2PB-R.

When i downloaded the configuration to the PLC and the Gateway, the MS EN and NS’s LEDs were Stedy in Red (Fatal Error according to the user manual). The connections of the 2 ethernet ports were disabled and i couldn’t get any signal from the ports (it seems like both ports are disconnected).

Then i tried to connect over USB port, but the driver wasn’t found.

At the moment, i have downloaded in 3 modules the configuration, and this 3 modules is in fatal error!!!

I only have one left, i need your help for this issue a soon as posible. I am in commissioning, and i need now this modules.

Please Help me!!!

Are you following these instructions?

Why are you trying to connect with the USB port?

What version of Studio 5000 are you using?

I was able to connect to the module, and I found the errors

I have deleted the file configuration from web page, and the module restore again.

After, i have downloaded again the configuration in the module, and again the module is in fatal error.

The GSD that i am downloading is for the instrument Liquistation CSF48 Endress + Hauser.
