Hi Craig,

There is one other method I forgot to mention for doing the firmware update if you want to give it a try before RMA, using this firmware utility tool here:

If you want to try that, go ahead, and if it doesn’t work can you provide me with the serial number of the device for the RMA?

That did not work. The serial number is A03D9E7F
