Argos Alarm Activation

Alarms are not sending alerts. Text and email have been verified. Setting is on alarm change of state. How long does it take to activate once set up?

Make sure that user has the Alarms vis SMS permission set under user rights. Also, have you tested the users phone number? Did they receive the test SMS message? See section 11.11.2 for an example.
