Ask: move a file to the AB7015-C

Dear all,

We use AB7049-C in our factory. There are 11 AB7049-C modules that we use. Some time ago there was damage to one of the modules. then we buy the same module but with a different type, AB7015-C. Buy it not from the original vendor, but from another Anybus agent.

We have difficulty moving the firmware file, from the old module to the new module.
In the previous module, there were 3 files as I saw in the picture.
As far as I know, the original vendor changed the file using HyperTerminal.
We were unable to find a way to move the ABC_PIACS.bin file to the new module (AB7015-C).
We need help to all of you, to be able to download or move the file to a new module.

This is not something we will be able to assist with though this forum you will need to go though the vendor or you could try our support tool on anybus.com/support/contact-support
