Hi Davis,

As discussed over the phone I would like to start by updating the firmware to Service pack 3 . If you are on a firmware older the 1.1.6 (Service pack 1) you will first need to update to SP1 first. If you are on a version > 1.1.6 you can do directly to SP3.

Hi it looks like you are getting that error because the account for your user is not fully created. It is currently just a staged user. If you create an account on HMS.how using this email address it will create a full account.
