Can I connect a number of Siemens PLC’s having different IP addresses? Or, the WLAN has to have only one subnet. How do I connnect Siemens and AB PLC’s with different IP addresses to WLAN?

The AWB5121 is a standard router without features like Vlan. You would want all the LAN/WLAN devices configured on the same subnetwork.
