How do I backup a dashboard? I’d like to make sure all is backed up before the upgrade of Argos.

There isn’t an option to backup the dashboard. If you have it setup in a profile that can be shared with other accounts.
With the upgrade coming to Argos, there is no risk of data loss on our servers. Everything should be the same after the upgrade, there is no reason for you to backup you dashboard yourself.
