Apologies I was still waiting for a response from my colleagues in Sweden regarding this. I had last discussed this with them inquiring if this could be a bug with the devices or if this is just a scenario the bolts can not support. Im following up with them again and will hopefully hear back soon.

This issue has been added to the developers queue for possibly bugs to investigate. At this time i do not have any time frame for when they will be able investigate and resolve this issue.

There have been a few firmware releases since we worked on this issue that include fixes for performance and stability. There is also one specifically related to fast roaming in the latest release.
