We have at Schaeffler Savaria some CAN@net II Generic device. (We bought them a long long time ago…) Now we need to change their ip address. I would like download the configuration tool software, but I can’t find it.
Could you help me, please?

What should I do if the ip address of the device is unknown and static?
It’s just a poetic question because I found this: “Ixxat VCI Setup 4.0.925.0.exe”
Part of this package is the “CAN@net II Configurator” and luckily it works.

I was looking through some other tickets and it looks like this might be an option if you can’t remember the IP address of the device and can connect to it through the CAN@net configurator
