The first thing I recommend doing is updating to the latest firmware, which you can find at the link below. Select the model Bolt (RJ45 or 18-pin) and scroll down to Software and download Firmware 2.0.2.
I suspect the Bolt is configured as a network adapter for a single device and this is why you can’t reach the others. Please follow these instructions to reconfigure it as a bridge to an existing wireless network:
