Can you view GSM signal in eCatcher?

Good Morning.

Please kindly inform if in the e Cather has some field that shows the GSM signal to know how the signal is.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to see your GSM signal strength in eCatcher.

Thank you Joe.

The reason for the question is due to GSM signal problems and we are using a standard EWON antenna.

Are there any other antennas we might be using to improve the signal?

You could try using an antenna with an extension cable so that the antenna can be mounted in a better location.

Our antennas are not proprietary so you can use any antenna that supports the bands and frequencies of the Cellular network you are currently using.
