CanAnalyser Mini don't find SimplyCAN dongle

Hello,

I recently purchased an Ixxat simplyCAN probe.

CanAnalyser does not recognize any probe despite the installation of the VCI drivers.

I cannot find any USB port in the device manager.

I have attached pictures for more information.
