Cannot access configuration pages, only ViewOn pages will load

I have an Flexy which had firmware 11x and was running a ViewOn project. I could access the configuration pages via the IP_Address/index.htm method.

I updated the firmware to 14x and now cannot access the configuration pages. Using the method above I receive " Access Error: Site or Page Not Found". I try forcing the URL to IP_Address/Ast/MainAst.shtm and receive the same response. Using either method, after a moment the ViewOn is redisplayed.

Is there a work around?

YOu will need to change the URL to

IP_address/index.shtm

We changed the URL post 11.2.

Much obliged! I didn’t pick up on that subtle change in the extension. All is well…
