Cannot connect to PLC and HMI

Hi,

we are using an Ewon Cosy 131 LAN Router for one of our small machine.
The problem is, I connect with e-catcher to the router and cannot reach the PLC or the HMI from remote but I could configure the router. The communication through the router between the PLC and the HMI is working fine, but I cannot ping any of the device.

PLC: SIEMENS 6ES7214-1AG40-0XB0
HMI: SIEMENS TP700 COMFORT

Hello,

Can you provide a back up with support files of the unit? This can be done by using eBuddy while connected to the cosy.

I want to check the configuration parameters, to ensure all is correct.

Have you added the devices in eCatcher?

Did you get my response? I still need the details of the eCatcher account so i may log in. This will not interfere with the operation of the unit.
