Cannot connect to Talk2M

I can’t connect to Talk2M with eChatcher.
The version of eChatcher is 6.7.10.

Talk2M Connection Checker are OK.
The application is running as an administrator.
I can also write directly to the following folders.
C: \ Users \ (Username) \ AppData \ Roaming \ .talk2M

What are the other possible causes?
Please let me know if there are any countermeasures.

If you have not already try uninstalling the software and reinstalling. Also make sure you do not have any Antivirus software blocking the software.

I recommend opening a support case on support.hms-networks.com for this issue to be investigated with your local support team.
