Cannot establish VPN with any online site in my account

Hi,

I installed eCatcher 6.3.5 this morning, and I cannot establish a VPN with any of the online sites in my account. The green bar just hangs up near the end, and will not connect.

This happened to me two years ago, and I did the following, which worked:

However, this did not work this time.

Suggestions?

I had to manually set up my TAP Adapter V9 settings from DHCP to a fixed IP address. I got this 10.95 address from another user here at work whose eCatcher WAS working.

That’s interesting and not typical especially for 6.3.5 as it has removed most NETSH errors. Usually eCatcher will assign this IP address automatically or give an error saying it’s unable to assign it. Usually, if eCatcher is unable to assign an IP address dynamically to your TAP adapter, it’s due to a local software restricting traffic or assignment to the wrong TAP adapter.
