Cannot ping remote IP

Hi. I have connected to an EWON cosy using remote GSM.

Local Area Connection: 192.168.16.96/255.255.255.0 (DHCP)
Gateway: 192.168.16.1

I have connected to the EWON and the VPN tunnel is connected.
ONLINE since 2020/11/11 6:34:22 AM with vpn IP 10.226.133.21
Ewon LAN: 10.0.0.53/255.255.255.0
LAN devices: PLC (192.92.92.170/255.255.255.0), SCADA (192.92.92.171/255.255.255.0

I cannot ping these devices at all? Please assist.

also when I try and login into the web interface for the Cosy (http://10.226.133.21/index.shtm#home), it asks for a username and password. Nothing I have setup before works. Including adm / adm.

Hello,

Your LAN subnet ranges do not match. You will need to update the Ewon LAN side to the 192.92.92.x range.

I have modified the EWON LAN to 192.92.92.1 and I still cannot Ping the devices on the LAN.

Hello Can you provide a backup with support files?

When connected to the unit, you can download the back up with supports file through eBuddy.

Have the LAN devices been added in eCatcher?
