I can’t connect to the Bolt while the equipment is in an office area. When the equipment is out in the shop area, connection isn’t a problem.
Are you using Bluetooth or Wifi for these connections?

What was the solution to this issue? We have a customer that had a similar issue along. They also have an issue using FTP protocol through the Bolt to a PLC.
