Can't connect while equipment is in office area


I can’t connect to the Bolt while the equipment is in an office area. When the equipment is out in the shop area, connection isn’t a problem.

What was the solution to this issue? We have a customer that had a similar issue along. They also have an issue using FTP protocol through the Bolt to a PLC.

In this case the area had a lot of noise on one the 2.4 channel, we suggested trying 5GHz or Bluetooth
