Can't get the BACnet MSTP to work with DK-AC-BAC-1

Kenny,

Please send a screenshot of the error message or what you are seeing.

Ken,

I am able to communicate with the DK-AC-BAC-1 through IP and login in. I don’t have any errors that I can see on the webpage.

LED 6 is lit up no problems.

When I switch SW3-1 from UP to DOWN to talk MS/TP. I unplug and plug back in the AC unit plug I get all 6 LEDs to flash then nothing. LED 5 never lights up.

We have a BACnet router on this site and I can see everything else on this link, just not this.

When logging into the webpage the device has the correct MAC address, and I have tried both setting the baud rate and leaving it in auto.

Under signals the ERROR_ACTIVE is NO and the ERROR_CODE is 0 .

I don’t see any other error messages or anything like that.

Thanks Kenny.

I’m forwarding this to HMS Support for assistance.

Can you help us out with this?

Hello All,

Do you mean that when you turn the device on all of the lights initially blink but then after that none of the lights turn back on?

Kenny,

Please answer Tim’s questions.

Yes correct.

Unless I set it up for IP then LED 5 is on solid.

Ok thanks,

SW1 is 000

It is not the end of line, and I don’t think it needs the polarization. That’s the only thing I was curious about. But I try 011 once to enable polarization.

SW2 is 00110000 its MAC address is 24

SW3 is 00001000

I tried setting it to 01101000 because our other MS/TP devices are set to 38400 bps baud.

SW4 is 00

My data sheet says reserved so I didn’t adjust them.

Ok were you able to find anything showing up from the error codes?
