Cant See USB connection

Hello,

I have problem with connect to CM Canopen via USB cable need to download new configuration to device but I can’t see the device :


I was worked already with this CM canopen I had not this problem.
Now I using not originall USB cable (which normally was mit delivered with CM canopen), this problem can be of using not original USB cable ??

You should be able to use an ordinary USB cable. I would recommend trying another cable and if you still can’t connect, I would recommend that you create a case at https://support.hms-networks.com to report the problem.

Problem solved.
During Installation CM CANopen Configuration Studio I miss instal one extension which is required.
The best way is install all what tool recommend.
