- Unable to pass the Internet wizard
- confirmed with carrier (Union) that SIM is activated and APN is correct
- Firmware 11.0
- Recommend updating to 13.3 and making sure the Cosy antenna is not obstructed by the cabinet (when installing in a metal cabinet please mount antenna on the exterior of the cabinet for cell or WiFi)
