Certificate Error TALK2M

Hello dear Support Team.

We are running into troubles to connect with eCatcher to eWON.
Talk2M Status looks good. But Kaspersky shows us, that used Certificate on TALK2M Subdomains are not trusted anymore. Example: SSL Server Test: device.api.talk2m.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)

Can you please check and verify the problem? Or do you have any idea how to solve this (NOT TEMPORARLY)!!

This certificate error has been resolved for all Talk2M subdomains. If issues persist please create a support ticket using our portal https://support.hms-networks.com/
