I notice that if the ewon needs a Certificate update it shows up under the name on the list. Is there a way to sort the list by the ewons that need to have the update? Like a separate column just for the tag if it needs the update or not?

unfortunately no, we do not have a column specifically assigned for Certificate updates in eCatcher. You could use a custom field and indicate if it needs a certificate.
