Is it possible/ is there an easy way to change multiple alarm “email to:” data points at once? For example a customer with a flexy with 100 alarms and therefore 100 places the alarm setup needs to be changed.

Hi Nick,
You can export the tag configuration file via FTP then FTP it backup to update the Flexy’s tag configuration. You can also write a script to iterate though the tags and update them but this is a bit more technical.
