We were connecting to our Netbiter using QuickConnect, however we are getting the error: Channel with id network bridge 1 was closed…", what does this mean? Does our IT need to open something up?
This error is typically seen when the tap adapter is not named correctly. Windows 10 is known to interfere with the naming process as well as other programs that use tap adapters rename the adapter. Check if you have a TAP-Windows adapter V9 installed and named “QuickConnect Network Bridge”. If not you will ether need to reinstall Quickconnect or rename the adapter manually.
